*1. Certificate of N1 in JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
Those who were majored in Japanese Language during the undergraduate period don't have to provide certificate of N1 in JLPT.
*2. Curriculum Vitae
Written in English or Chinese, including your personal information, educational background, working or intern experience, achievements so far, etc. CV template can be downloaded below.

*4. ID photo
Recent bareheaded (within six months), full-face, white-color background, two-inch certificate photo, instead of landscape photos or photos of daily life; in JPG format, less than 100K.
*5. Copy of passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included(Photocopy of valid passport identification page. Passport must be an ordinary passport and be valid for at least six months from the application time until September 30, 2019. Applicants currently residing in China must include a copy of the page containing a valid visa or residence permit.)
*6. Bachelor's Transcripts
Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
*7. Bachelor's Degree Certificate
Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.
*8. Two Recommendation Letters
Written in English or Chinese by two different professors or associate professors from previous academic institutions or by work supervisors, etc.
*9. Research Proposal
Written in English or Chinese, including research achievements so far (e.g. title and astracts of graduation thesis or publish paper), reasons of choosing DHU, study and research plan, future career plan, etc.
*10. Supervision Confirmation Letter
Applicants who apply for programs offered by the following colleges or schools must contact the DHU professors in the relevant research field to ask for acceptance.

If the professor is willing to be your future supervisor, fill out the 'Student Information'part in English or Chinese and send the form to the professor. The professor will email it to International Cultural Exchange School directly after filling out 'DHU Supervisor Information' part and signed his/her name.11.
